Athleisure 2022 Collection

«The most important thing for our team is to design the clothes that can make women’s life better» — this is how Katya Timoshenko, the creative director behind the Ukrainian brand Katimo, describes one of the main principles of her creative work. Throughout the years the brand has been working with the aspiration to create the quintessential wardrobe that emphasizes women’s individuality and her emotions. For the Katimo new collection, the creative team of the brand recalls the treasured feelings of comfort and inner peace, and introduces the capsule of meticulously designed garments for day-to-day life — Athleisure 2022.

In this collection, the Katimo team gave their usual exquisite tailoring an effortless appeal and offered a range of styles that combine functionality, comfort, and classic design. The perfect mix of sportswear and ready-to-wear. Athleisure collection consists of six sets of clothes that can be easily combined with each other: basic silk-blend longsleeve and underpants set, cotton T-shirt and shorts co-ord set, vintage-cut sweatsuits made of terry, and waterproof outerwear together with baggy pants. All of the items are made in calm shades — lumber, pastel yellow, light blue, grey melange and navy blue.

During the production process, every small detail was taken into account to ensure the convenience and coziness of each garment — the ones that are made of cotton have soft elastic bands to avoid the uncomfortably tight fit. The brand also added deep pockets, and drawstrings to adjust the volume.

A standout piece of the capsule is a big cozy towel made of organic cotton — the part of Katimo’s own homeware it launched in the previous collection.
